999SWAP is a decentralized exchange (DEX) protocol that facilitates peer-to-peer token swaps on the Polygon blockchain. By using our services, you acknowledge that you understand the risks associated with decentralized finance (DeFi) and cryptocurrency trading.

2. Eligibility

You must meet the following criteria to use 999SWAP:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where DeFi services are prohibited
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

3. Description of Services

999SWAP provides the following services:

• Token swapping through automated market makers (AMM)
• Limit order trading functionality
• Liquidity provision and liquidity pool management
• Staking and yield farming opportunities
• Portfolio tracking and analytics
• Integration with multiple DEX protocols and aggregators

All transactions occur directly on the Polygon blockchain through smart contracts. We do not have custody of your funds at any time.

4. Wallet Connection

To use 999SWAP, you must connect a compatible Web3 wallet (such as MetaMask, WalletConnect, or Coinbase Wallet). You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys
• All transactions initiated from your wallet
• Ensuring you are connected to the correct network (Polygon Chain ID: 137)
• Paying all gas fees and transaction costs

We cannot recover lost or stolen funds, reset passwords, or reverse transactions.

5. Risks and Disclaimers

You acknowledge and accept the following risks associated with DeFi and cryptocurrency trading:

• Smart Contract Risks: Smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities
• Market Volatility: Cryptocurrency prices can fluctuate dramatically
• Impermanent Loss: Liquidity providers may experience losses
• Slippage: Actual transaction prices may differ from quoted prices
• Network Congestion: High gas fees and transaction delays may occur
• Regulatory Changes: Legal status of cryptocurrencies may change
• Rug Pulls and Scams: Malicious tokens may cause total loss of funds

6. No Financial Advice

999SWAP does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All information on our platform is for informational purposes only. You should conduct your own research and consult with qualified professionals before making any financial decisions.

7. Fees and Charges

Using 999SWAP may involve the following fees:

• Network gas fees (paid to Polygon validators)
• Trading fees (paid to liquidity providers)
• Slippage (difference between expected and actual execution price)

We do not control gas fees or network costs. All fees are displayed before you confirm a transaction.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use 999SWAP for money laundering or terrorist financing
• Engage in market manipulation or front-running
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform
• Infringe on intellectual property rights

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on 999SWAP are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 999SWAP AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Smart contract failures or vulnerabilities
• Network downtime or service interruptions
• Loss of funds due to user error or wallet compromise
• Actions of third-party services or protocols

YOU USE 999SWAP AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 999SWAP, its developers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of 999SWAP shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiations between the parties

• Governing law of the jurisdiction where 999SWAP is operated
